Our very first SKINS Club Athletico activity was a 12-week Training Plan for runners. Created by SKINS Head Running Coach Joshua Schofield BSc, UkCiRF, the training plan had two levels and was written with people's busy lifestyles in mind. The aim was to help in their pursuit of athletic excellence with the proper strategy and protocols in place. As well as the Training Plan itself, Coach Joshua wrote 12 journal pieces to support his athletes and their training.
