Online purchases can be returned provided they meet our terms below.
Follow this process:
- Download a returns form here.
- Fill out the form by providing the necessary information.
- Email customerserviceEU@
skinscompression.com and attach the form.
- Customer Service will authorize your return. No RA number is required.
- Place the completed returns form with the product that is being returned to us.
- Send the package to the address below:

- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
- Items that are expected to be undamaged and able to be put back to stock should be neatly folded, free of debris and ready for resale if they have been removed from their packaging. All original labels and swing tickets must be attached, if not, your return will be not be accepted.
- Once a return has been cleared and accepted, we will then initiate a refund back to the original purchasing method.

- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is faulty, damaged, or wrongly described.
Change of Mind
- If you change your mind about the product(s) you purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 28 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn or otherwise unused in their original packaging with all original tags/labels attached.
- The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us, including any conversion fees and/or local or international taxes.
- If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the image shown, we will meet our legal obligations, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable timeframe with proof of purchase.
