The cycling vest complements the SKINS cycling jersey providing the rider with protection from wind chill. It is the perfect pack away vest protecting when the temperatures dip in those dawn patrol rides or when you are cresting a col. The vest also has a slit system in the back to allow the rider to access the rear cycling pockets of the jersey without needing to yank up the vest during the ride.
